OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Steven MolsonB.Eng.President
After working in construction since high school, earning a bachelor degree in civil engineering, with a Concentration in Management.
Following university, Steven worked for 15 years in the engineering industry in building science and building enclosure restoration. Steven has designed roofing and waterproofing systems worth over $100,000,000. He has managed numerous multimillion-dollar restoration projects from their initial assessment through to construction completion.
In 2023, Steven founded Westboro Foundation Repair.
Steven is also experienced at construction trades work including but not limited to: carpentry, concrete repair, excavation, insulating, roofing and waterproofing.
Louis RouthierSite Superintendent
Louis has over ten years of experience in excavation, foundation repair, and waterproofing. With more than five of those years running a foundation repair crew as a Foreman, Louis has solved every kind of foundation problem imaginable. Louis specializes in heavy equipment operation, concrete & masonry repair, foundation drainage, as well as cold fluid-applied waterproofing membrane installation. Louis is in charge of all excavation work on our projects.
Cody Thompson, PhD.Chief Technology Officer
Cody graduated from the University of Guelph with a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, an MSc in Computational Biophysics and a PhD. in Controlled Environment Agriculture. He then furthered his research activities as a post-doctoral researcher at the Controlled Environment Systems Research Facility (CESRF) in Guelph, Ontario, in the oil/gas industry, and in the indoor agriculture industry.
Cody provides expertise in all technical aspects of the business. He is responsible for the design of innovative products to prevent basement flooding, including control systems and wireless communication devices for sump pump systems and backwater valve condition monitoring.
Our Construction Team
Our construction team is skilled at heavy equipment operation, excavation, concrete & masonry repairs, high performance waterproofing systems, insulation & frost protection, and sub-drainage installation. We strive for excellence in the work that we do while prioritizing safety and focusing on delivering our mission for each customer. We also work hard to ensure our site is organized and clean, trying to minimize disruption to the customer and their neighbours throughout the project.
