Q: What does our FREE Expert Assessment involve?
- Meet and Greet: Our foundation repair expert will arrive at your house at the scheduled time. We have a brief client questionnaire to gather information about the home and its issues.
- Walk-Through: We will walk through the basement and around the building’s exterior perimeter; we perform a visual review of the property, the foundation, the basement floor, and the building drainage system. We take measurements of the foundation and photographs of items of concern. Our foundation repair expert will ask questions about the building itself (date of construction / renovations) and history of basement issues (leaks, cracks). We determine the type of foundation (concrete / block / stone) and how to best solve the root cause of the problem(s) in your basement.
- Discussion: We will explain our observations - we discuss your budget, your timeline, and we present our recommendations and our leak-free warranty. There are also certain options you can select for various work scopes. We come to an agreement of what work we will quote for you.
- Quotation Contract Preparation: Based on our discussion, a review of our measurements, photos, and questionnaire responses, we can prepare you a detailed written quotation contract outlining work that is customized to solve your foundation problem(s). We can then send you a quotation contract for your review, ready to date and sign should you wish to proceed, otherwise we can make changes and re-issue a revised quotation. We will hold our price for 30 days.
